A gearing number

Gearroll is one free bicycle rollout and cadence calculator. You supply the circumference, tooth counts and cadence; it shows the relationship between them.

Use it to compare entered external gearing or understand how metres per crank revolution become a theoretical speed. There is no tyre-size database, component recommendation, training plan or prediction of the speed you can achieve.

Inputs remain yours

Calculation runs in your browser, without an account or upload. Unit changes preserve the physical circumference internally. Copy, Text and CSV run only when chosen; entries are not saved in browser storage.

Transparent preparation

This release contains publisher metadata and ads.txt for possible later host-specific advertising setup. It has no active ad, consent-management or analytics loader. Prepared metadata does not establish advertising approval, serving, measured traffic or earnings.

The method guide explains the own-work formulas, primary reference context and limits. Report a reproducible problem if an input or export is unclear.
